About Me

I have a B.A. in French and Business from Vanderbilt University. My French is still existent, though rusty, but c'est la vie! I received a Master in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado. My thesis explored how factors such as maternal mortality, micro-financial investments, and access to education and technology interact to impact developing economies (spoiler alert: equal rights for all is right for society and helping women helps whole communities!).

I have waited tables, worked as a finance assistant and a bond analyst, run political campaigns, sold things, and been a successful fundraiser. This variety of experiences has instilled in me the drive, empathy, organization, and humility that make me excellent at what I do today.

Curiosity and education are inherent to my way of life and as such, I'm always pursuing something.  I have earned a certificate in Social Media Marketing from Meta, become a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (I teach a Vinyasa class in Denver on Monday mornings), climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, and been certified as Health & Wellness Coach. I take creative writing classes whenever I can, preferably at the Lighthouse Writers' Group in Denver or Second City online. I've had a few pieces published online over the years that you can check out under the "writing" tab.

I have three teenagers, two dogs, and one husband. When I'm not chasing someone or some dream, you'll likely find me outside enjoying the fresh air or nestled in bed with a book.
